Jason Dolby is the Founder and President of Dolbystyle Fitness and Co-head Instructor for Orange Kettlebell Club. Training alongside a father who is a master of Korean martial arts, Jason demonstrated a natural aptitude for fitness and athletics from a young age. His passion for learning about and applying the benefits of mental and physical fitness evolved into a personal training and wellness coaching career spanning more than two decades.
Since 1998, Jason has helped hundreds of clients meet and exceed their fitness goals, targeting the individual needs of each client through personalized one-on-one functional training as well as developing corporate wellness programs tailored to meet organizational needs in both conventional and unconventional ways.
He develops preventive programs for aging clients, prioritizing an anti-Alzheimer’s and fall prevention approach by harnessing neuroplasticity techniques for improving mental acuity and cognitive health together with coordination, balance, and multi-textural proprioceptive exercises to build back the brain map for the bottom of the foot. His ability to connect with people allows him to understand the best ways to empower them and introduce techniques that flow effortlessly from the gym to daily life.
When he’s not working or appreciating the outdoors through landscape photography and portraiture, Jason competes professionally and travels the world teaching courses for the Orange Kettlebell Club. He is considered one of the world's most innovative and impactful Indian Club instructors.
In 2010, he founded the "One Hour Long Cycle" kettlebell lifting charity event, held around the world every October, which has raised over $200,000 for local charities such as Walk With Sally and the Wounded Warrior Project.
Jason's singular passion in life is to make a positive impact on the health, strength, and wellness of the people he comes in contact with by developing and implementing innovative and effective fitness techniques – that’s Dolbystyle.
